Remodeling

Now that Phase 1 of our major house renovation is done (re carpeting the stairs, bedrooms, painting the impossible 3 story entry wall, and painting the front door and shutters) it is time to begin planning Phase 2-

Phase 2
-Complete demo and reno of front bedrooms bath- new vanity, mirror, lighting as well new flooring and re tiling of shower
-New flooring for foyer
-Crown molding for both bedrooms
-Paint cabinets & install hardware for kitchen cabinets
-Kitchen counter tops
-Painting of all remaining walls and trim

Right now there are three bath vanities I am trying to choose from. One is very affordable while the others are comparable in price. While the least expensive definitely holds an appeal there are no reviews of the product, and those who know me know how much stock I put in reviews.

Allen + Roth $498

From ModernBathroom.com $1197-
My major issue with this vanity is no drawers, granted there is storage but I am used to drawers. The price is high but at least the mirror is including.

And the final option is probably my least favorite meaning it will be the least likely to be chosen but I will throw it in for comparison's sake anyways, plus it has drawers! From ModernBathrooms.com as well $899

Thoughts? Suggestions? If you know any places to find contemporary or transitional vanities at an affordable price could you let me know?
